In an age where data is everything, the mere outlook of data usage provided by android isn't enough. To get a better picture of which apps are really using your mobile data and when, we recommend GlassWire, which in its latest version has added the network speed in notification option, thus making it a complete Net monitoring package for android.   • Find the app that is currently consuming the most bandwidth. Just set the time period to "5 minutes" in graph tab in the app.
