Today's app enables you to lock the screen in any orientation, that is otherwise impossible, like portrait reverse or landscape reverse. And yes, no root access is necessary for the app to function. The app is named Rotation Control and has been previously shared by us in an app of the week post. Rotation Control, lets you control screen orientation from notification area.

The unique rotation modes that are exclusive to the app are:
  1. Portrait (Reverse): the screen is in a portrait orientation; the opposite direction from normal portrait.
  2. Portrait (Sensor): the screen is in a portrait orientation, but the sensor is used to change direction. Normally available as inbuilt in android.
  3. Landscape (Reverse): the screen is in a landscape orientation; the opposite direction from normal landscape.
  4. Landscape (Sensor): the screen is in a landscape orientation, but the sensor is used to change direction. Normally available as inbuilt in android.
Remember to close the app when you aren't using the above mentioned exclusive screen orientations since we unclear of its effect on battery life. Use Greenify to hibernate it when not in use.
That's all for now!
